Vermont Teen Indicted On Robbery With A Firearm Charges In Concord: Superior Court Roundup
Northfield man indicted on child sexual assault charges; Laconia man faces fentanyl intent to sell charge; habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
John Jellue, 26, of Jennings Drive in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jennings Drive in Concord on Sept. 4, 2022.
Brian M. Kinney, 46, of Ponderosa Avenue in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Bog Road in Concord on Dec. 2, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Shawn Labonville, 53, of Endicott Street in Laconia on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell-more than 5 grams and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Sept. 29, 2022, in Bow.
Aydan Labounty, 18, of Malletts Bay in Colchester, Vermont, on four felony robbery charges. He was accused of pointing a gun at two people during a theft on March 20, 2022, in Concord.

Charles Lauziere, 37, of Nichols Road in Center Ossipee on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of trying to conceal store merchandise from Tractor Supply in Chichester on July 4, 2022. According to the indictment, he was convicted twice before on theft charges.
Daniel Leaf, 63, of Laconia Road in Northfield on felonious sexual assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of putting his hand down the diaper of a girl and fondling her on Sept. 26, 2022, in Northfield.
Jason A. Leblanc, 43, of Pleasant Hill Road in Deerfield on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on North Main Street in Concord on Dec. 16, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Kayla M. Longergan, 27, of Dover Road in Chichester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Water Street in Concord on Jan. 7 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Brandon Loux, 47, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Dec. 15, 2022, in Concord.
Tyler Lundstrom, 29, of Franklin Street in Franklin on two felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on Nov. 19, 2022, and the Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen on Nov. 30, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
