Penacook Woman Indicted On Drug Distribution Charges: Superior Court
Plus: Franklin man faces reckless conduct, theft, and drug charges; felon indicted on weapon charge; habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Trevor Keene, 42, of Timothy Drive in Belmont on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing books from a Concord resident on Sept. 21, 2020, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Tiffany Labonte, 31, of Penacook, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony possession with intent to distribute charges. She was accused of possessing methamphetamine and buprenorphine, while acting in concert with Jeremy Fortin, to distribute the drugs on June 16 in Concord, according to the indictment. Steven Laux, 52, of Oak Court in Charlestown on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Dover Road in Epsom on July 3 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Jarod Leroux, 43, of Blaine Court in Laconia on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on May 3 in Franklin.

Logan S. Locke, 25, of Oak Street in Franklin on reckless conduct, theft by deception, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, para-fluorofentanyl and buprenorphine, all felonies. He was accused of switching tags on merchandise at Walmart in Concord on April 20 in order to pay for a lower price on items after previously being convicted twice before on theft charges. Locke was accused of possessing the drugs in Franklin on May 18 after previously being convicted on drug charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2019. He was also accused of placing others in danger by driving in Concord on June 21 in a reckless manner, almost hitting one or more people, and nearly rear-ending another vehicle.
Mark A. Lucier, 60, of Fisherville Road in Concord on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and attempting to impede an investigation by destroying or concealing a container on June 27 in Concord.
Tyler Lundstrom, 29, of Franklin Street in Franklin on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge on May 15 on Interstate 89 in Bow after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Kristen L. Macrae, 31, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge in Bow on May 14.
David S. Mattil, 54, of Pierce Street in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Storrs Street on April 29 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Robert J. McClure, 42, of High Ridge Trail in Concord on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge, a felony. He was accused of possessing brass knuckles on June 21 in Concord. McClure was convicted of a felony in the state of Florida, according to the indictment.
