Man Accused In Indictment Of Strangling, Tying Woman Up: Roundup
Man accused of threatening: "I will chop you into pieces, and no one will ever find you"; man indicted for vehicle theft; drug indictments.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Nelson Cotton, 41, of Belgrade Street in Manchester, on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person on May 15 in Manchester.
Daquhan Cromer, 27, of Auburn Street in Manchester, on domestic violence-second-degree assault, domestic violence-kidnapping, and criminal restraint charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling, tying up, and sticking a sock in an intimate partner’s mouth and telling her to “shut up, there’s a cop outside,” or words to that effect, on March 25 in Manchester.

Patrick Damboise, 54, of Bowers Street in Nashua on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a stolen Subaru Outback with a Vermont registration in Manchester on Aug. 4, 2022.
David Dearborn, 38, of Central Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on May 4 in Manchester.

Melissa Deforge, 35, of Valley Street in Manchester on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. Between Aug. 1, 2022, and Feb. 26, 2023, she was accused of not taking a person with an injury to receive medical attention because there was an investigation into whether Matthew Venable caused the injury, according to the indictment.
Jose Delgado Tarrats, 40, of Village Circle Way in Manchester on domestic violence and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening to kill another person by saying, “I will chop you into pieces, and no one will ever find you,” or words to that effect and possessing a Glock 17 firearm on June 2 in Manchester. Tarrats is a felon due to drug possession conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in June 2018.
Robert Desmond, 43, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony escape charge after an incident on June 3 in Manchester.
Oumar Diallo, 22, of White Plains Road in the Bronx, New York, on two receiving stolen property and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining more than $1,501 in cash owned by another person that he was going to use to bail out another person’s son in New Boston and Bedford.
Izaiah P. Diaz, 21, of Vinton Street in Manchester, on two felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of “engaging in conduct with a handgun” on Feb. 18 in Manchester and placing two people in danger.
John Donnell, 36, of Scriber Road in Tilton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 11 in Manchester.
Warren Doucette, 43, of Summer Street in Salem on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Manchester and placing a small baggie containing suspected drugs in his mouth and chewing it to impair an investigation on March 4.
