Homeless Thief Arrested On New Theft, Concealment, And Breach Of Bail Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ashley M. Chouinard, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on July 21, 2026, on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

Dakota Austin Marsh, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on July 21 on criminal threatening-subsequent and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Park Street.

Clinton Dearborn, born in 1983, of Concord, received a summons at 2:07 p.m. on July 10 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Colin P. White, born in 1990, of Concord, was cited at 1:08 a.m. on July 20 on a consumption of liquor on private property violation. At 4:05 a.m., he was arrested on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

David E. Jousset, born in 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on July 18 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Sarah Nicole Murdoch, born in 2003, of Charlestown, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. on July 7 on a driving under the influence charge as well as traffic control device and operating without lights violations after an incident or investigation on the Manchester Street River Bridge.

Jordan T. Shallow, born in 1981, of Plaistow, was arrested on a warrant at 10:08 a.m. on July 7 after an incident or investigation at the Merrimack County Probate Court at 2 Charles Doe Drive.

Melinda Sue Meneely, 37, a member of Concord's unhoused community, was arrested at 7 p.m. on July 4 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, willful concealment, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road. She was also charged with two counts of will concealment and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies due to two prior convictions, connected to an incident at Marshalls at 80 Storrs St. Meneely was also arrested on two resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at the Fort Eddy Plaza at 20 Fort Eddy Road.

Benjamin B. Berry, born in 1994, of Keene, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on July 2 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Quick Stop at 201 S. Main St.

Regis Irumva, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on June 29 on indecent exposure-gross lewdness and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a public urination or defecation violation after an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex management office.

Jeremiah David Estes, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on June 29 on false imprisonment, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Prescott Street.
