CONCORD, NH — Mark Edward McAlpine, born 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on Nov. 26, 2024, on a felony count of operating after certified as a habitual offender, as well as driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Court Street.

Austin Damian Holton, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on Nov. 26 on two manufacture child sexual abuse, computer services; use prohibited, computer services; use prohibited-second offense or child under 13, and seven child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive. Kirstin L. Mueller, born 1972, of Warner, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Nov. 26 on a driving under the influence charge and an uninspected vehicle violation after an incident or investigation on School Street.

Xiaouh Wang, born 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on Nov. 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on South Fruit Street.

Ryan S. Ehrgott, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Nov. 15 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at 197 Fisherville Road.

Bradley C. Reid, 30, of Concord, received a summons at 3:23 p.m. on Nov. 15 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Wendy Joy Southwick, born 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 11:13 a.m. on Nov. 15 on two driving while intoxicated charges and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation on West Parish Road.

Marlene F. Williams, born 1951, of Concord, received a summons at 2:09 p.m. on Nov. 15 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Victor Gareth Manns, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 9:23 a.m. on Nov. 15 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church at 180 Loudon Road. According to superior court records, Mann, who was convicted of first-degree assault in January after stabbing two men outside The Hotel Concord in September 2023, in which he received a year in jail with 106 days time served, with two year probation, was accused of violating his probation. He had a bail hearing on Nov. 19 and was held on preventative detention. Manns’ probation violation hearing is scheduled for Dec. 16.

Deshon James Stone-Davis, 29, of Franklin, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on Oct. 31 on a felony burglary charge after an incident in Bicentennial Square and transport drugs in a motor vehicle and three felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges after an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St. He has active burglary, drug possession, and drug transport charges out of Concord working their way through Merrimack County Superior Court.

Dakota Austin Marsh, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. on Oct. 30 on harassment, simple assault, and five criminal threatening charges. The assault charge was connected to an incident or investigation at police headquarters. The harassment and threat charges were connected to an incident or investigation at Concord Housing & Redevelopment at 23 Green St.

Robert W. Taylor, born 1955, of Concord, received a summons at 2 a.m. on Oct. 25 on two criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation at the Cobblestone Points Senior Village on Triangle Park Drive.

Thomas L. Smith, 59, of Barrington, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on Oct. 24 on a felony sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge at police headquarters. He was arrested at police headquarters. Smith is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 conviction in February 1994. He was also convicted of duty to report in January 1997 and January 2011.
