Concord, Henniker Men Indicted On Child Rape Charges: County Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Contoocook felon indicted on knife, strangulation, and rape charges; drug indictments; man indicted after for driving car into a tree.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

John Page, 45, of Hope Road in Henniker, on aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern, solicitation to commit aggravated felonious sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a girl repeatedly, across more than two months, between March 15, 2022, and Jan. 30, 2024, in Henniker.

Michael C. Roseberry, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 24, 2024, in Bow.

Elijah Salem, 27, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, on four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting a girl between Jan. 1, 2008, and Feb. 20, 2012, in Pembroke and Merrimack County. Two counts were connected to an incident where Salem threatened the girl with a knife while raping her twice on Sept. 17, 2015, in Concord, according to the indictments.

Barbara Sefton, 69, of Morgan Drive in Plymouth, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a controlled drug act charge.

A Strafford County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Samuel Chase, 26, with a last known address of Pinewood Drive in Contoocook, on felon in possession-knife, two second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, and six aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. Between March 14 and March 31, 2022, he raped, sexually assaulted, strangled, and kidnapped a woman in Dover, according to the indictments. Chase is a felon due to a drug possession conviction in 2019.

James N. Eaton, 29, of Foster Hill Road in Henniker, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of recklessly damaging a Ford Taurus owned by a family member by driving it into a tree on Oct. 13, 2024, in Dover.

Danielle Elizabeth Genova, 37, of Franklin Street in Concord, on two felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled-narcotic drug charges, fentanyl and cocaine, on Nov. 30, 2024, in Dover.

The following people were indicted recently in Grafton County.

Corbin Trask, 20, of Ellsworth Hill Road in Wentworth, on sexual assault and three felony counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited in March and eight felony counts of indecent exposure and lewdness, three counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited, and six felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images in February. He was accused of using Snapchat on April 30, 2024, to lure a 13-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity. Trask fondled the girl on April 30, 2024, according to the indictment. Trask was also accused of sending naked pictures of himself to the girl on April 28, April 29, May 2, and May 5, 2024, and accepting naked photos from the girl on April 30, 2024. He was accused of using Snapchat on April 28, April 29, and April 30, 2024, to lure the girl to engage in sexual activity.

Joshua Lanchester, 24, of North Haverhill, on a felony second-degree murder charge. He was accused of killing his elderly grandmother with a hammer on Sept. 28, 2024, in Easton. Learn more about this case here: Elderly Woman Dies, Police Say Grandson Fatally Beat Her With A Hammer
