CONCORD, NH — Breggan R. Moreau, born 1992, of Rochester, was arrested at 1:09 p.m. on Jan. 7, 2025, on simple assault and criminal trespass charges. Joseph R. Clough, born 1997, of Franklin, was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:09 a.m. on Jan. 6 as well as simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and criminal threatening charges after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Mohammedamin A. Habjouqa, born 1979, of Concord, received a summons at 3:33 a.m. on Jan. 5 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Brian Rodriguez, born 1999, of Concord, received a summons at 2:50 a.m. on Jan. 5 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation in Franklin Square.

Taylor M. Bachelder, born 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2024, on stalking and two breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.

Joshua Torres, 32, of Pembroke, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on Dec. 14, on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

Christian Pembeska Nepa, born 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Dec. 14 on falsifying physical evidence and false report of a motor vehicle accident charges as well as unlawful activities; litter control and open container violations after an incident or investigation on Village Street.

William W. Sinclair, 38, of Concord, was arrested on a criminal mischief charge at 6:11 p.m. on Dec. 14 after an incident or investigation on Downing Street.

Nicole L. Weeks, 41 83, of Penacook, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. on Dec. 14 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and three criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation on High Street.

Savankumar B. Patel, born 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on Dec. 13 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges after an incident or investigation on Cherry Street.

Todd Austin Francis, born 2001, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on Dec. 13 on violation of a protective order, stalking, stalking-domestic violence charges, and conditions of use of location information charges after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Desiree M. Charter, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on Dec. 13 on a felony theft of services charge after an incident or investigation at Texas Roadhouse at 317 Loudon Road.

Jason E. Sullivan, born 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Dec. 13 on DUI, disobeying an officer, and two resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at 75 S. Main St.
