Concord Man Faces Domestic Violence-Threat-Deadly Weapon, Mischief Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jackie Marcell Roberts, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on May 8, 2025, on two warrants and a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge. Also arrested was Kimberly Rose Graham, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two warrants and a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at a homeless camp on Black Hill Road.

Cassie L. Marcoux, born in 1981, of Concord, received a summons at 10:45 p.m. on May 6 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.

Tavore Evans, 44, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on May 6 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Brendan Williams, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on April 23 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Amanda M. White, born in 1979, of Concord, received a summons at 9:25 p.m. on April 23 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Eastern Avenue.

Nicholas R. Scerra, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. on April 23 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Soapy’s Car Wash at 247 Loudon Road.

Leonard T. Emery, born in 1989, of Sanbornton, was arrested at 3:04 a.m. on April 24 on a driving under the influence charge and a duty when approaching highway emergency violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Mile Marker 40 on Interstate 93 north.

Taylor M. Bachelder, born in 1992, of Concord, received a summons at 11:20 a.m. on April 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on Washington Street.

Daniel A. Ondzes, 25, of Concord, received a summons at 12:50 a.m. on April 23 on a conduct after an accident charge and an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident or investigation on Alice Drive.

Adam N. Deane, born in 1987, of Canterbury, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on April 22 on stalking and violation of a protective order after an incident or investigation at Sam’s Club at 304 Sheep Davis Road.

Bailey A. Bigelow, born in 1999, of Plantation, Florida, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. on April 22 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident or investigation on Interstate 93 north at the Exit 13 offramp.

Kody Daniel Boyce, 28, of Manchester, received a summons at 7:20 p.m. on April 21 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Cumberland Farms at 102 Manchester St.

Mark D. Rottner, born in 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on April 21 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation on Dolan Street.
