Chichester Man Charged With Driving Under The Influence After Crash: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Cassie L. Marcoux, born in 1981, of Concord, received a summons at 4:09 a.m. on May 2, 2025, on a camping restricted violation after an investigation or incident in Bicentennial Square.

Lucien Robert Vincent, 51, of Loudon, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on May 1 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on Clinton Street.

Jason Cook, 39, of Franklin, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. on April 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Dairy Queen at 196 Loudon Road.

Joseph R. Clough, 28, of Franklin, was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:03 a.m. on April 29 after an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Jeffrey R. Smith, 40, of Concord, received a summons at 8:22 p.m. on April 27 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at FedEx at 10 Fort Eddy Road.

Jason S. Odell, 49, of Chichester, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. on April 26 on driving under the influence and conduct after an accident charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at 304 Sheep Davis Road.

Aaron James Knowlton, born in 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. on April 18 on felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal mischief, and unauthorized use of a firearm-firecracker charges. Travis C. Perkins, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 10:01 a.m. on April 17 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an investigation or incident on Manor Road in Penacook.

Mark D. Yeskis, 52, of Concord, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on April 11 on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet at 80 Storrs St.

Martha Sartwell, 57, of Concord, was arrested at 7 p.m. on April 11 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Benjamin Michael Berry, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on April 11 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Esther Ntumba Mbombo, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on April 11 on a simple assault charge after an investigation or incident at the Concord Gardens Management Office and resisting arrest and four simple assault counts after an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex. On April 28, a warrant was issued for her arrest and a motion was made to revoke her bail from two criminal threatening cases from February 2024, making their way through court. A judge granted the motion and Mbombo is due back in court on June 11.
