Boscawen Man Indicted On Concord Child Rape Charge: Court Roundup

Man indicted on Danbury gun assault charges; man indicted on Route 106 reckless conduct charges; Franklin stalker gets suspended sentence.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Christopher Regan, 32, of East Side Drive in Concord, on felony criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior offenses, and two attempted theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior offenses, charges. He was accused of trying to open a payment kiosk at JetStream Car Wash in Concord on June 17, 2024. Regan was also accused of taking an item out of another person’s vehicle on Aug. 18, 2024, in Concord. According to two indictments, Regan also damaged the ATM at M&T Bank in Concord on Aug. 26, 2024, in an effort to steal money. Regan was previously convicted on felony theft in July 2012 in Rockingham County Superior Court and felony theft in May 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Ramona Reid, 59, of Thorndike Street in Concord, on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation charge. She was accused of strangling another person on July 23, 2024, in Concord.

Johnny A. Reyes, 29, of Manchester, on two felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of placing others in danger, including a police officer, by driving at a high rate of speed and swerving on Route 106 in Loudon on Sept. 17, 2024.

Danny Rivera, 63, of Rochester Hill Road in Rochester, on a felony anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties charge. He agreed with Michael Love to commit title fraud by submitting an application stating he owned a motor vehicle when it was actually owned by Love on June 23, 2023, in Concord, according to an indictment.

Courtney L. Rogers, 38, of Cedar Street in Manchester on two felony possession of methamphetamine charges on Dec. 29, 2023, in Northfield.

Seth Roz, 45, of Depot Street in Franklin, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Target in Hooksett on Sept. 15, 2023.

Nicholas R. Scerra, 42, of Plains Court in Franklin, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a protective order in Franklin on Oct. 22, 2024, after previously being convicted of stalking in Franklin District Court in March 2024. Scerra pleaded guilty to the stalking charge on Jan. 23 and received a 12-month sentence, suspended for three years, with 59 days of time served credit.

Meredith R. Simms, 37, of Bow Street in Concord, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. She was accused of attempting to induce a girl to provide false information to the police on July 10, 2024, while they were investigating Dylan Simms. Connor J. Smith, 30, of Shoreline Drive in Boscawen, on two felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a boy between March 1 and Nov. 9, 2023, in Concord. Smith was also accused of fondling a boy between Nov. 1 and Nov. 9, 2023, in Boscawen.

Luke Stewart, 49, of Razor Hill Road in Grafton, on first-degree assault-with a firearm and second-degree assault-firearm and bodily injury charges, both felonies. He was accused of causing bodily injury to another person to the torso by means of a .32 caliber pistol on July 22, 2024, in Danbury.

Frankie J. Turner, 37, of Maple Street in Center Barnstead, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Danis Supermarket in Pittsfield on Sept. 28, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on felony theft charges in Belknap County Superior Court and Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2024.

Patricia Watkins, 40, a homeless woman in the Manchester area, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Northfield on April 6, 2024.

Paul Winston, 35, of Quincy Street in Brooklyn, New York, on identity fraud and two forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of using a passport and uttering an international driver’s permit from the Republic of Ghana to identify as a woman to obtain a bank account under her name at TD Bank in Concord on Oct. 21, 2024. Harry L. You, 65, of Serotta Avenue in Nashua, on seven felony counts of anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties. He made false address statements on certificates of title on a 2023 Lamborghini Urus on Dec. 14, 2023; a 2024 Porsche 911 on Nov. 16, 2023; a 2023 Porsche 911 on Aug. 9, 2023; a 2023 Lamborghini Huracan on June 13, 2023; a 2023 Porsche Panamera on March 31, 2023; a 2022 Lamborghini Urus between Jan. 1 and June 1, 2023; a 2022 Porsche 911 between April 1 and April 30, 2022; and a 2022 Lamborghini Aventador on March 31, 2022, according to the indictments.

Robert C. Young Jr., 56, of no fixed address in Franklin, on stalking, falsifying physical evidence, two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. The drug charges stem from incidents on Sept. 25, 2023, and Oct. 15, 2024, in Franklin. Also on Oct. 15, 2024, in Franklin, he was accused of possessing a billy club and a sword cane. Young also tried to conceal the sword by kicking it over an embankment to impair an investigation in Franklin on Oct. 15, 2024, according to an indictment.
