Homeless Concord Thief, Arrested Dozens Of Times, Faces New Indictments: Superior Court
Plus: Northfield felon indicted on knife charge; Allenstown thief indicted again; habitual offenders indicted for driving in Bow, Pembroke.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Matthew Miller, 49, of Forrest Road in Northfield on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was arrested of having a knife on April 5 after being convicted of a felony charge in June 2001.
Jay M. Pease, 37, of Noyes Street in Concord on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Sand Street in Pembroke on May 16 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October 2020.

Rodolfo R. Ramirez-Romero, 26, of Prospect Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Route 3A in Bow on March 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Jackie Marcell Roberts, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, on felony possession of methamphetamine and two theft by unauthorized taking, felonies due to two prior convictions. He stole property from Northeast Electric in Concord on Oct. 19, 2023, and stole items from another person in Concord on Nov. 20, 2023, according to the indictments. Roberts was accused of possessing the drug in Concord on June 10. Roberts has been arrested and convicted dozens of times on charges during the past six years.

Vanessa L. Rosario, 58, of Jackson Avenue in Allenstown on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions charges. She stole merchandise from Lenscrafters in Concord on March 6 and helped Anthony Schinholster steal merchandise from Lenscrafters in Concord on March 8, according to the indictments. She was previously convicted of theft in Concord District Court in May 2019 and Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2020.
Timothy Sargent, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a receiving stolen property, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of retaining a credit card belonging to another person and making purchases with it between May 3 and May 18, 2023, at JCPenny in Concord. Sargent as previously convicted of theft charges in October 2008 in Concord District Court and May 2017 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
