Antrim, Laconia, Manchester Men Arrested On Stalking, Other Charges: Concord Police Log
Plus: Allenstown woman arrested after crash; woman arrested on assault, trespassing, and resisting; $6 Sprite theft leads to felony charge.

CONCORD, NH — Erin S. Fournier, 31, of Tilton was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2023, on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.
Juan G. Bratiny Rios, born 1993, of Antrim was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Aug. 26 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at Wendy’s at 106 Loudon Road.
Mirsab Ahmed, born 2002, of Manchester was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on Aug. 26 on two stalking and two breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Rumford Street in the North End.

Larz Raymond Menard, 24, of Concord was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Aug. 26 on a warrant after an incidentat Saia Ltl. Freight on Hall Street.
Alinoti Asende, born 1988, of Concord was cited at 6:40 p.m. on Aug. 26 on a bench warrant. He was charged after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Ginny L. Halloran, born 1985, of Allenstown was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Aug. 26 on a conduct after an accident charge and a following too closely violation. She was arrested after an incident on North State Street.
Jonathan Michael Londer, born 1981, of Laconia was arrested at 5:57 p.m. on Aug. 26 on criminal threatening and stalking charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Everett Arena at 15 Loudon Road.
Cassie L. Marcoux, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Aug. 10 on simple assault, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at the Holiday Inn at 72 N. Main St.
Seth Griffiths Beyer, 27, of Concord was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on July 29 on theft by unauthorized-less than $1,000 and criminal trespass charges after an incident at Hannaford supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.
Brian S. O’Mara, 50, of Concord was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on July 28 on a conduct after; property damage charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident at 73 Fort Eddy Road.
Jesse L. Cleasby, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:16 a.m. on July 14 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. At just before 9 p.m. on May 18, an officer was sent to the Hannaford supermarket for a report of three people stealing items and scattering around the shopping center. The loss prevention officer was off with Omar Hutchinson, 30, another homeless man now located in Concord, who was accused of stealing items but denied it, an affidavit said. The officer went into the store and eyed surveillance footage of the incident and identified Jesse Cleasby and Melissa Cleasby, 39, from the footage, the report said. Jesse Cleasby was accused of stealing an 8-pack of Sprite, valued at around $6. Since he was convicted of felony theft out of Loudon in February 2004 and theft out of Concord from February, the charge was elevated to a felony, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
