Hudson Sex Offender Indicted On Hooksett Stolen Gun, Stalking Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Chance Barnes, 26, of Clinton Street in Concord, on theft by unauthorized taking and theft of lost or mislaid property charges, both felonies. He was accused of taking a backpack containing a computer, AirPods, and checks that belonged to another person and was left in a car at McGovern Toyota in Bow on April 1.

Brandon Sargent, 48, of Lake Street in Gilford, on operating while deemed a habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug-psilocin and psilocybin charges, both felonies, on May 23 on Route 132 in Northfield after being deemed a habitual offender.

Jill Severance, 43, of Williston Road in Williston, Vermont, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine charge on March 21 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted in Hooksett District Court on a control of premises charge in October 2024.

Robert D. Snider, 49, of Newbury Road in Sutton, on felony second-degree assault and simple assault-enhanced charges. He was accused of grabbing a child and causing bruising on April 23 in New London.

Reginald M. St. Louis, 40, of Highfield Drive in Brockton, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over stolen copper wire, belonging to Eversource, between Nov. 25, 2025, and Jan. 7, in Hooksett.

Derek F. Sullivan, 25, of Fox Hollow Drive in Hudson, on stalking-subsequent offense-domestic violence, felon in possession, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen Ruger SR9 in Hooksett on April 20. Sullivan is a felon due to an indecent exposure and lewdness conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in April 2023. Sullivan was accused of driving by a protected party’s home “multiple times and making eye contact with her each time” in Hooksett on April 18. He is a registered sex offender, according to the state.

Evan Sullivan, 25, of Clark Street in Franklin, on a felony count of second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on July 4 in Franklin.

Michael L. Tibbetts, 45, of Bracket Lane in Berwick, Maine, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 3 in Bow.

Amanda N. Turner, 38, of Maple Street in Barnstead, on two felony counts of sale of methamphetamine on Jan. 28 and Feb. 10 in Concord.

Jason L. Williams, 34, of Tanager Road in Goffstown, on reckless conduct and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving recklessly, nearly striking a person on a sidewalk, on Hall Street in Bow on May 31 after being deemed a habitual offender.

Mark Woods, 66, of Salisbury Road in Franklin, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on May 16 in Franklin.

Troy W. Zanis, 51, of Rumford Street in Concord, on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on May 11 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in September 2000.
