Concord Man, With Priors, Arrested On Domestic Violence, Stalking, Bail Charges: Cop Log

Sex offender, convicted in Virginia, was arrested on false info charges; campers cited; second-degree assault incident on Cabernet Drive.

CONCORD, NH — Jonathan Henry George, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on May 22, 2025, on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission at 50 Storrs St.

Gage Caswell, born in 2007, of Concord, received a summons at 11:10 a.m. on May 21 on a negligent driving charge after an incident or investigation on Woodbine Avenue.

Asende Alinoti, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:35 p.m. on May 5 as well as simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, two stalking, and three breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Henry R. Ladd, 58, of Concord, received a summons at 4:31 a.m. on May 1 on a camping restricted violation. Also cited was James Joseph Mich McNamara, born in 2004, of Concord, on a camping restricted violation. They were cited after an incident or investigation at 9 S. Commercial St.

Derek James Ledoux, 47, of Concord, received a summons at 12:30 p.m. on April 29 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. Also arrested was Jacqueline J. Levangie, born in 1982, of South Easton, Massachusetts, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 15 Merchants Way.

Shannon Lawson, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on April 28 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane change violation. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

John William Connolly, born in 1995, of Concord, received a summons at 2:48 p.m. on April 27 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

James Joseph Lowry, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. on April 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Joshua R. Whaley, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on April 26 on two sex offender registration; provide false information charges. He was arrested at police headquarters. Whaley is a sex offender due to an indecent liberties with a child conviction in Winchester Circuit Court in Virginia in March 2007. He has also been convicted of indecent liberties with a child and felonious sexual assault-victim under 13 but over 16 in Frederick Circuit Court in Virginia in July 2007 and 25 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images-victim under 18 in July 2008, according to the state of New Hampshire.

Daniel Adams Englehardt, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on April 25 on domestic violence-second-degree assault and second-degree assault charges, both felonies, after an incident or investigation on Cabernet Drive.

Seth Griffiths Beyer, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on April 24 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at the Gully Hill Shell gas station at 24 Loudon Road. He was arrested again at 2:24 p.m. on April 24 for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment charges, following an incident or investigation at Walmart, located at 344 Loudon Road.
