Angela Kay Zwisler, 60, with a last known address of Rollins Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on Oct. 21 on simple assault, criminal mischief, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Officers were sent to Portsmouth Street for a report of a domestic incident outside the complex. When they arrived, they saw people yelling and appearing distraught, a report stated. The reporting officer noted a woman, Zwisler, “was slurring her speech” and appeared “heavily intoxicated.” After some back and forth, attempting to find out what was happening, the officer accused her of saying she did not want to speak with them. The second officer spoke with a man and a boy, and they accused the woman of grabbing the man and causing damage to his clothing, which was ripped. He also had dirt and grass stands on his pant legs and knees. The report said the man also had what appeared to be a scratch mark on his chest. The reporting officer spoke to the man about what happened and he accused Zwisler of visiting, acting normal, but then, after going for a walk and returning, she appeared to be drunk. After she started yelling and acting disorderly, the man told her she had to laeve, and she grabbed him while he was offering to take her home, the affidavit stated. The pair tussled, falling into some shrubs, but separated after that, the report stated. Zwisler was arrested, refused to be part of the processing, and was taken to county.
