CONCORD, NH — Yadiel Ortega Montero, born 2001, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, received a summons at 9:32 a.m. on May 30, 2023, on a warrant out of Merrimack County. The warrant was issued against Ortega on April 26 for violation of bail conditions after being arrested on second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child charges. Dylan J. Bill, 26, of Concord received a summons at 2 p.m. on May 18 on a public urination or defecation violation after an incident or investigation in the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Nathaniel Scott Doyle, 32, of Concord was arrested at 4:04 p.m. on May 16 on a stalking-domestic violence charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Cindy A. Ingram, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on May 14 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Partridge Road.

Lowell M. Brookbank, born 1961, of Henniker, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on May 5 on felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation at the Quick Stop at 201 S. Main St.

Esther Ntumba Mbombo, 43, of Concord was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on May 3 on felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon and criminal mischief charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.
