Concord Woman, With Several Priors, Indicted On Threat, Mischief Charges: Court Roundup

Franklin, Grantham, and homeless women indicted on drug sale charges; Manchester woman indicted on perjury charge; eye assault indictment.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Cecil E. Laux, 27, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on March 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Rhianna M. Light, 38, of Manchester Road in Manchester on a felony perjury charge. She was accused of making a false statement in Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord concerning drugs located at her home on Jan. 16.

Ashley L. McDonald, 31, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl on June 21, 2023, on Central Street in Franklin. She was convicted previously in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2017.

Keith J. McLeod, 43, of Taylor Street in Franklin on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching another man in the eye, causing the victim to lose vision, on Jan. 10 in Franklin.

Brandon S. Mancini, 34, of North Main Street in Boscawen on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 7 in Boscawen.

Jade E. Markham, 27, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell charges, more than one ounce of methamphetamine and more than 5 grams fentanyl. She was accused of possessing the drugs on Aug. 13, 2022, in Bow. Also, Colleen R. Mitchell, 28, of Dunbar Hill Road in Grantham on two felony conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug charges, more than an ounce methamphetamine and more than 5 grams of fentanyl. She agreed with Joseph Roderick to sell the drugs to Markham in Bow on Aug. 13, 2022, according to the indictments.

Esther N. Mbombo, 43, of Royal Gardens in Concord, on criminal threatening and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. She was accused of yelling at a man with a brick in her hand, threatening to smash his face, and damaging the windshield and-or denting the body of a vehicle owned by another man on Feb. 16 in Concord.

Frank R. Miller Jr., 38, of Central Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of retaining control over a 2013 Hyundai owned by another person in Hooksett on Dec. 10, 2023.
