CONCORD, NH — Andrew J. Ludwig, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. on April 29, 2026, on a simple assault charge following an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Dennis A. Ash, born in 1964, of Concord, at 11:30 a.m. on April 22 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested at 5:23 p.m. on April 28 on stalking and breach of bail charges. Ash was arrested following investigations or incidents at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Abby M. MacKenzie, born in 1985, of Henniker, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on April 27 on two simple assault charges following an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Patrick J. Mills, born in 1977, of Derry, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on April 26 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Michael R. Haynes, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on April 25 on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent as well as deal-possess prescription drugs and breach of bail charges.
