Nashua Man Arrested On Assault Charges In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Bizimana Nshumbusho, born 1994, of Nashua was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on June 18, 2022, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Richard Boles, 53, of Bethel, Vermont, was cited at 6:16 a.m. on June 18 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Adolphe Ndayishimiye, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on June 18 on simple assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal threatening charges after an incident at the Morning Star Condominiums on Loudon Road.

James Bub Bullock, 50, of Concord was arrested at 2:32 a.m. on June 18 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Fort Eddy Road. Bullock failed to appear at the status conference in Merrimack County Superior Court on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He is due back in court on July 7.

Paul Joseph McGonagle, 51, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on June 17 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident on Fayette Street and a disorderly conduct charge after an incident on Storrs Street. Crystal Lynn Labelle, born 1982, also received a summons on a disorderly conduct charge on Storrs Street.

Nichole Mercier, born 1982, of Concord was cited at 10:29 a.m. on June 17 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident on Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Caitlin Ann McDaniel, born 1997, of Laconia received a summons at 3:38 a.m. on June 17 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Batteries Bulbs Plus on Loudon Road.

Jeffrey M. Guillemette, 40, of Concord was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on June 17 on a bench warrant after an incident on Fort Eddy Road.

Brandon Phelps, born 1991, of Jacksonville, North Carolina, was cited on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 8:10 p.m. on June 16 after an incident at the Speedway on North Main Street.
