Homeless Man Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Image Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments
Plus: Hooksett, Manchester felons indicted on weapon charges; man indicted on jail assault charges; stalker indicted on new stalking charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Douglas A. Hudon Sr., 39, a member of Concord’s unhoused community, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on Nov. 12, 2025, in Concord.
Kendra Johnson, 31, of Old Hackett Hill Road in Manchester, on a felony count of reckless conduct. She was accused of speeding through red lights and intersections while other vehicles were on the road in Hooksett on Feb. 8, 2025.

Craig S. Kenyon, 62, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent and possession of a narcotic drug-methadone-subsequent charges, both felonies, on Nov. 13, 2025, in Concord.
Jefferson Wayne Knott, 44, a member of Concord’s unhoused community, on receiving stolen property and 10 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing .avi, .mpg, .mp4 files on Sept. 5, 2025, in Concord. Knott was accused of possessing or disposing of between $1,000 to $1,500 in computer devices owned by the Concord Monitor on June 2, 2025, in Concord. Hector Manuel Velez, 30, of Chester Turnpike in Hooksett, on felon in possession-a switchblade knife, two possession of a narcotic drug with intent to dispense-subsequent offense-cocaine, two possession of a narcotic drug with intent to dispense-subsequent offense-crack cocaine, and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing half an ounce or more of cocaine and more than 5 grams of crack on Jan. 13 in Hooksett. Velez was also accused of attempting to hide the drugs in a trash can to impair an investigation on Jan. 13. According to the indictments, he was convicted on drug distribution in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2018.

Riley P. Winter, 24, of Snowshoe Trail in Manchester, on assault by prisoners-attempt and assault by prisoners charges, both felonies. He was accused of hitting a man in the face and throwing a racket at the man while inside the Merrimack County Jail on Feb. 20.
Francis Wool, 33, of Montgomery Street in Manchester, on felon in possession-a knife and an operating while deemed a habitual offender charges, both felonies, while driving on West River Road in Hooksett on Nov. 11, 2024. Wool was deemed a habitual offender by the DMV, according to an indictment. He is a felon due to a conviction in Hills South in December 2019.
Sky-Len Wrenn, 28, of Nottingham Drive in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-fentanyl, crack cocaine, and methamphetamine, all felonies, on Dec. 31, 2025, in Bow. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a misdemeanor or felony controlled drug act charge.
Jonathan Zankowski, 63, of Driscoll Road in Deering, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Stark Highway South in Dunbarton on Nov. 28, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Nikki L. Zenner, 35, of Jack Wells Road in Danbury, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Interstate 93 north in Concord on Feb. 17.
Anthony J. Zimont, 42, of Arah Street in Hooksett, on a felony count of stalking. He was accused of being within 300 feet of a protected party on Feb. 3 in Hooksett. The charge is a felony due to Zimont being charged with stalking in Manchester District Court in April 2022.
