Hopkinton Man Indicted In Taxi Driver Knifing Case: Court Docs

Plus: Accused Concord meth dealer indicted; Franklin woman accused of having fentanyl in jail; man indicted on witness tampering charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Yanka M. Duart-Warren, 25, of North Main Street in Salem on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl/cocaine charge on Oct. 20, 2020, in Bow.

Dax Duclos, 44, of Old Putney Road in Hopkinton on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of cutting a taxi drive in the neck with a knife on Oct. 23, 2020, in Concord. Read more about this case here.

Shana Dutterer, 28, a homeless woman now located in Concord on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, methamphetamine charges on Jan. 18, and Jan. 21.

Ryan Ehrgott, 37, of Thorndike Street in Concord on a felony habitual offender charge after driving on Thorndike Street in Concord on Nov. 21, 2020, after being certified as a habitual offender.

Joshua Ellsworth, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord on theft by unauthorized taking and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies, from Feb. 10 at the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Concord, Feb. 15 at Hannaford Supermarket in Concord, and Feb. 18, after an incident at Market Basket in Concord. He was indicted due to two previous convictions.

Jeremy Fortin, 39, of Berle Drive in Boscawen on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on Dec. 4, 2019, in Concord, theft by unauthorized taking in Boscawen on Jan. 30, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on Feb. 5, in Boscawen, all felonies.

Charles Gammon, 39, of Gould Street in Henniker on a felony possession of tramadol and fentanyl charge on Oct. 11, 2020, in Hooksett.

Deborah Roberts, 53, of Orange Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge after driving on Quality Drive in Hooksett on Oct. 6, 2020, after being certified as a habitual offender.

Kendra L. Robitelle, 32, a homeless woman now located in Franklin on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections on Oct. 19, 2020, in Boscawen.

Christopher M. Ruggles, 48, of Rockingham Street on four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-morphine, meth, fentanyl, and tramadol on Sept. 30, 2020, in Concord.

Keenan K. Saniatan, 34, of Mountain Road in Concord on three felony counts of tampering with witnesses and informants. On Oct. 9, Oct. 18, and Oct. 20, 2020, he was accused of telling a woman to lie about his address location in August 2020, telling another woman to lie about where he was in August, and telling a third woman that she had not seen him in a year, in an effort to deflect a domestic assault investigation against him by Concord police.
