Man Indicted for Attempted Murder After Allegedly Setting His Sister on Fire: Roundup

Concord burglary suspect who allegedly stole car, fled crash, alleged Franklin drug dealer, and Webster robbery suspect, also indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in February.

Dwayne Crawford, 37, of Woodbine Avenue in Concord, for attempted murder, arson, first-degree assault, criminal mischief, and reckless conduct. On Dec. 15, 2016, he allegedly poured gasoline on his sister and set her on fire, causing extensive third-degree burns all over her body, according to the indictment.

Mike Durgin, 37, of Mount Vernon Terrace in Webster, for robbery and two counts of theft by deception, all felonies. On Oct. 15, 2016, he allegedly stole vitamins at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road and returned them for cash. On Dec. 7, 2016, he allegedly took a canned beverage from the Speedway on North Main Street. Less than a week later, he allegedly used physical force to steal items from the NY Smoke and Vape Store on Loudon Road. Durgin was previously convicted of theft in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2014.

Jacey Eaton, 22, of Hillside Circle in Franklin, for sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, allegedly on May 17, 2016, on East Side Drive in Concord.

Charles Foote, 50, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, for two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl, allegedly on Sept. 21, 2015, in Concord.

Michael J. Francks, 35, of Brad Chase Road in Danbury, for domestic violence-simple assault and criminal threatening. On Jan. 2, 2017, in Danbury, he allegedly struck an intimate partner in the head with an object and threatened to shoot her and her infant child with a rifle, according to the indictment. Francks was out on bail at the time.

Dustin Frye, 26, of Dow Road in Gilford, for felony receiving stolen property. On Jan. 28, 2016, in Bow, he allegedly retained control of household items – a tea set, crystal, silver, and other items – valued at more than $1,500.

Francis Gay, 52, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony forgery. On Dec. 29, 2015, he allegedly cashed a fraudulently authorized check for $457.

Chad Glodgett, 34, of Fayette Street in Concord, three counts of reckless conduct, conduct after an accident, conspiracy to commit burglary, attempted burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, and three counts of habitual offender, all felonies, as well as disobeying an officer. On Jan. 6, 2017, Glodgett, in concert with Christopher Stafford, allegedly fled in a stolen Ford Escape the location of an attempted burglary on Lovers Lane in Chichester, drove at an excessive speed, failed to stop for police, struck a police cruiser, got into another vehicle – a Mercury Moutaineer – and then drove on Dover Road in Chichester, Mountain Road, and Shawmut in Concord, and fled the scene of a crash. The indictment also alleged that he drove a vehicle in reverse while dragging another person by the passenger side door. Glodgett also allegedly didn’t give information to another person after the crash.
