Pair Charged With Loitering, Prowling On Storrs Street Train Tracks: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Christopher S. Regan, 32, of Concord was arrested at 3:41 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2024, on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident or investigation at Town Fair Tire Center at 208 Loudon Road.

Omar Hutchinson, 31, of Concord was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 20 on loitering or prowling, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention charges. Also charged was Donna M. Gove, 49, of Concord on a loitering or prowling charge. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on the train tracks behind 172 N. Main St. and Storrs Street.

Patrick O’Mara, born 2001, of Concord received a summons at 12:57 a.m. on July 26 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Artem Komissarov, 36, of Concord was arrested at 9:35 a.m. on July 24 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Melissa Dorothy Frazier, 45, of Concord received a summons at 7:40 p.m. on July 20 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Horseshoe Pond Lane.

Alease Moses, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on July 17 on a reckless operation charge after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street.

David Allen Paul, born 1954, of Chichester was arrested at 5:17 p.m. on July 16 on 18 counts of theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after incidents or investigations at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

John C. Norman, born 1995, of Concord received a summons at 7:38 p.m. on July 3 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Gustavo Enrique Change Villanueva, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on July 2 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and endangering the welfare of a child charges after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Kaleigh Rene Vinal, born 2001, of Claremont received a summons at 4:45 p.m. on July 1 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Nicole Considine, born 2001, of Loudon received a summons at 10:40 p.m. on June 29 for a generic city ordinance violation after an incident or investigation on Electric Avenue in Penacook.

Valerie E. Fredette, 40, of Concord was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on June 28 on simple assault and criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation at the Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Austin C. Shelton, 29, of Concord was arrested at 12:46 p.m. on June 27 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2. S. Commercial St.

Madison T. Bowley, 26, of Laconia was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on June 26 on driving under the influence-third offense, conduct after an accident, driving after revocation or suspension, and motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device as well as two unsafe lane change violations.
