Pittsfield Man Indicted On 15 Felony Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court

Concord man indicted on drug dealing, gun, shooting charges; Hooksett stalker faces new charge; Dunbarton woman indicted on theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Earl E. Stone, 47, of Main Street in Pittsfield on 15 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing videos on a laptop on Aug. 16, 2023, in Pittsfield.

Ryan D. Sullivan, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, on theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Hannaford Supermarket in Concord on May 28, 2023, after being convicted twice before. The drug charge was connected to an incident in Concord on June 18, 2023.

Ernest L. Thompson, 39, of Village Street in Penacook on possession of meth and two operate after certified habitual offender charges, all felonies. One habitual offender charge was connected to an incident on Route 3A in Bow on Aug. 1, 2023, while another was on Village Street in Penacook on Aug. 9, 2023. The meth charge was connected to the Aug. 9, 2023, incident.

Donald R. Tremblay, 63, of Concord Street in Manchester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hooksett on July 9 and July 18, 2023, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.

Samuel Webb, 28, of Meadow Road in Augusta, Maine, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocin charge on May 25, 2023, in Hopkinton.

Bruce Welch, 50, of Monroe Drive in Hooksett on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of stalking a woman in Hopkinton on Aug. 16, 2023, after previously being convicted of stalking during the past seven years.

Jason S. Williams, 49, of Lake Shore Road in Gilford on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Concord on June 25, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Shane Vannest, 34, of Basin Road in Concord on felonious use of a firearm, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, pistols & revolvers; armed career criminals, criminal solicitation to commit falsifying physical evidence, three counts of felon in possession of a deadly weapon, two possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell charges, meth and marijuana, and two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, meth and buprenorphine charges. He was accused of possessing a revolver, pistol, rifle, shotgun, and metallic knuckles, firing one of the guns, and requesting another person to delete a video on July 22, 2023. Vannest was convicted on a drug dealing charge in September 2015. Juan S. Velazquez, 69, of A Street in Hudson on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of posing as another person by using their New Hampshire driver’s license in order to defraud and obtain anything of value on Nov. 7, 2022, in Concord.

A Grafton County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Joseph Mielcarz, 58, of Betty Lane in Bow on a felony operating after certification as habitual offender. He was accused of driving on the Wolfeboro Highway in Alton on Sept. 28, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Nathan Dostie, 35, of Main Street West in Hillsboro on two felony domestic violence-aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping an intimate partner between Jan. 1, 2019, and Oct. 10, 2020, in Tilton.

Breanna Cole, 29, of Stark Highway in Dunbarton on a felony organized retail crime enterprise charge. She was accused of conspiring with Joel F. Barlow Jr. to swap out universal bar codes on goods to scan products at a lower price in the self-checkout kiosk at Lowe’s in Gilford between Dec. 5, 2020, and Feb. 28, 2021.

Chelsie Golan, 31, of Autran Avenue in North Andover, Massachusetts, on a felony organized retail crime enterprise charge. She was accused of conspiring with one or more persons to steal liquor from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in New Hampton on June 4, 2023. Nathaniel Bergeron, 27, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining a 2016 Yamaha motorcycle owned by another person on July 22, 2023, in Gilford. Twice before, Bergeron has been convicted on theft charges in Concord District Court in November 2017 and Merrimack County Superior Court on November 2018.
