Boscawen Felon Indicted On Knife, Criminal Threatening Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Concord sex offender indicted on registration charge; drug possession charges around the county; habitual offender indicted on charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Momkpokpo Amegnra, 30, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on operating while deemed a habitual offender and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving on North Main Street in Concord on Dec. 14, 2022, after he was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Miles A. Anderson, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges, on Dec. 4, 2022, in Concord.

Henry J. Aube, 40, of West Shore Drive in Andover on a felony possession of meth charge on Dec. 4, 2022, in Andover.

Camden B. Baker, 27, of Whitten Street in Allenstown on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Dec. 12, 2022, in Allenstown.

Nicholas C. Benjamin, 31, of Queen Street in Boscawen on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a knife, after being convicted on multiple felonies in Merrimack County Superior Court, and threatening a man and woman with it on Nov. 21, 2022, in Concord.

Adam J. Cordano, 40, of Tilton, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on receiving stolen property and three possession of controlled drug, buprenorphine, meth, and fentanyl, charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a 2022 Toyota Camry owned by Budget Rental and possessing the drugs in Franklin on Dec. 28, 2022.

Catelyn M. Cote, 30, of Carter Hill Road in Canterbury on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Oct. 12, 2022, in Franklin.

David J. Craveiro, 43, of Spruce Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine and lisamfetamine, charges, on Nov. 24, 2022, in Concord.

Thomas J. Doheny, 28, of Alexandria Drive in Pembroke on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a Ruger semi-automatic handgun, owned by a family member, knowing that it had been stolen or believing it had been stolen, according to the indictment, on Jan. 9 in Concord. Christopher A. Flippo, 44, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to report his 2017 Ram pickup truck to Concord police between Aug. 4, and Dec. 8, 2022, as he was required to do, due to his sex offender registration. Flippo was convicted on a sexual assault charge in Strafford County Superior Court in September 2016 after an incident in Farmington.
