Elderly Loudon Man Indicted On DWI Crash Charges: Court Roundup

Concord man, Webster woman indicted on drug charges; TN woman faces ID fraud indictments; man indicted on rape, indecent exposure charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

James P. Armstrong, 47, of Squeaky Lane in Campton on habitual offender and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He's accused of driving a vehicle on Interstate 93 North in Concord at a high rate of speed, swerving to avoid spike strips, and nearly crashing into other vehicles on Jan. 24.

Richard P. Audet, 74, of Redwood Drive in Loudon on aggravated driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident charges, both felonies. He's accused of driving a Chrysler Pacifica on Route 106 in Loudon while drunk, causing an accident where a pedestrian was injured, and not stopping at the scene on Dec. 11, 2019.

Kyle T. Slogic, 21 of Old Loudon Road in Concord on aggravated felonious sexual assault and indecent exposure and lewdness charges, both felonies. He's accused of touching a girl and exposing himself to her on May 31, 2019, in Concord.

Paul B. Smith, 49, of Pleasant Street in Claremont on a felony theft by deception charge. He's accused of taking money from a Newbury resident on Nov. 26, 2018, to purchase and install windows.

Kristine Soares, 46, of Amory Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hooksett on Nov. 26, 2019. Twice before, according to the indictment, she's been convicted on theft charges.

Nicole Tarbox, 34, of Corn Hill Road in Webster on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-tramadol, cocaine, and fentanyl mix on Sept. 21, 2019, in Concord.

Laurie Ann Turner, 34, of Main Street in Pembroke on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing more than $1,500 from Subway in Warner on July 28, 2019.

Stacy Vaillancourt, 49, of Malvern Street in Manchester on a felony acts prohibited-possession of methamphetamine charge on Nov. 19, 2019, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited.

William L. Vinal, 51, homeless in Concord on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl on Dec. 5, 2019, in Bow. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in July 2019 on acts prohibited charges in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Tina M. Walker, 47, homeless in Nashville, Tennessee, on identity fraud, forgery, and theft by deception charges, all felonies. She's accused of impersonating another woman, writing a check for $2,000, and defrauding Ledyard National Bank of New London on Oct. 30, 2019.

Michael Wentworth, 33, homeless in Hooksett on a felony acts prohibited-possession of methamphetamine charge on Nov. 22, 2019, in Concord.

Garrett White, 35, of Weaver Place in Weare on possession of fentanyl and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He's accused of removing a construction trailer from a property on Weare Road in Henniker on Nov. 18, 2019, and being in possession of the drug on Concord Stage Road in Dunbarton on Dec. 6, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
