Homeless Man Arrested On Burglary, Criminal Threat, Assault Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Tripp Shenaugh, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 8:26 a.m. on Sept. 7, 2023, on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Judith Drive.

Anthony Patti, born 1931, of Concord received a summons at 9:35 a.m. on Sept. 6 on conduct after an accident and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident on Commercial Street.

Anthony Michael Shinholster, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 12:51 a.m. on Sept. 2 on a simple assault charge after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Devin A. Kitson, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 8:14 p.m. on Sept. 1 on stalking, resisting arrest or detention, and three breach of bail charges. Evan Bailey, 21, of Dunklee Street in Concord was arrested at 1:33 p.m. on Aug. 31 on a warrant. He was arrested at McLane Trucking at 932 Maple St. in Hopkinton.

Connor Dunn, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on Aug. 29 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-false imprisonment, and domestic violence-obstructing the report of a crime or injury charges. He was arrested after an incident on South Main Street.

Pamela E. Sprizza, 45, of Princess Avenue in Salem was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 22 on meth related crime-near child, endangering the welfare of a child, breach of bail, and four possession of a controlled drug charges. She was arrested after an incident at the Best Western at 97 Hall St.

Jack Harrison Barton, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Aug. 22 on eight felony counts of registration of online identifiers. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Jeffrey Scott St. Jean, born 2002, of Franklin was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on Aug. 19 on a bench warrant after an incident at Cheney’s Furniture at 191 Village St.

Tara E. King, born 1984, of Seabrook was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on Aug. 19 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Amanda J. Kendall, born 1976, of Loudon was cited at 3:50 a.m. on Aug. 13 on an operating without a valid license violation after an incident at 304 Sheep Davis Road.

Logan Markham, 24, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:30 a.m. on Aug. 11 after an incident at Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Asende Alinoti, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on Aug. 9 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Larry Jerome Davenport, 48, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. on July 28 on a bench warrant and a warrant after an incident at the Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St. and second-degree assault, burglary, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges as well as simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail charges after an incident at the New Hampshire state Liquor Commission building at 50 Storrs St.
