Plymouth Felon Indicted On Stolen Gun, Ax, Drug Charges: Court Roundup
Concord, Franklin, Manchester thieves indicted on new charges; man indicted on Bow forgery charge; drug indictments from Hopkinton, Sutton.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Zachary R. Gabaree, 27, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on theft by deception and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of cashing a check owned by JBC Utility LLC at Merrimack County Savings Bank in Bow and uttering a check and attempting to cash it at the bank in Hooksett on Oct. 19, 2023.
Anna Garrow, 32, of Kingsley Court in Rutland, Vermont, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Hopkinton on Aug. 20, 2023.

Virginia Gilpatrick, 41, of Canton Circle in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road on Nov. 12, 2023, in Concord. Twice before, she has been convicted on theft charges.
Kelli R. Good, 46, of Pleasant Street in Bristol on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving in Hooksett on Nov. 3, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jillian Hanlon, 25 of Wolf Road in Lebanon on possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl, cocaine, and heroin mix charges, both felonies, on July 18, 2023, in Sutton.
John D. Hammond, 39, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart on March 8, 2023, after being convicted on theft charges twice before.
Laura Hazelton, 33, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Franklin on Jan. 19, 2022.
James Hepburn, 47, of Agawam Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check by FiveKph LLC at Merrimack County Savings Bank in Bow on Aug. 9, 2023.
Jamie J. Judkins, 50, of Lawndale Avenue in Franklin on reckless conduct and operating while deemed a habitual offender charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving more than 100 mph in the wrong lane on Chance Pond Road in Franklin putting others in danger on Jan. 16, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Richard J. Kenney, 66, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing a Zig Zag display at the Kwik Stop Mobil in Concord on Dec. 4, 2023, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Neil R. LaFlamme, 38, of Park Street in Newport on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and meth, buprenorphine, and amphetamine mix charges, in Newbury on Nov. 5, 2023.
Joseph F. LeBlanc, 59, of Caron Street in Manchester on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of receiving more than $1,500 for work he agreed to perform in Dunbarton between May 31 and Nov. 30, 2021, and not performing the work.
Patrick Lucier, 37, of River View Drive in Franklin on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing tools from Walmart in Concord on Dec. 27, 2023, after being convicted twice on theft charges.
Christopher C. Lyford, 45, of River Road in Plymouth on possession of fentanyl, possession of fentanyl-subsequent, possession of meth, possession of meth-subsequent, felon in possession of a firearm-a Smith & Wesson 9 mm handgun, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-an ax, receiving stolen property-the handgun, and pistols & revolvers; armed career criminal charges, all felonies, on Feb. 20, 2023, in Pembroke. He was previously convicted on drug possession charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2018.
