NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Charles Daye, 34, a homeless man now located in Nashua, on five felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent, cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl, on Jan. 13 and Feb. 26 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictments, he has been convicted on possession with intent to distribute and distributing a controlled substance in February 2021 in U.S District Court, sale of fentanyl in Hills South in May 2019, and acts prohibited in Hills South in August 2015.
Lily Decker, 23, of Foundry Street in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of pointing a gun at another person and saying, “I am going to shoot you,” or words to that effect, on March 6 in Nashua. Shane Demers, 35, of Oakwood Circle in Milford, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 24, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2022.
Nicholas Dubois, 40, of Front Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Feb. 22, 2024, in Nashua.
Ryan D. Duval, 38, of Brook Drive in Hudson, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of making a check out from a Bank of America account of Ace Towing and Recovery on Aug. 18, 2025, in Hudson, which had the routing number of Navy Federal Credit Union, for the purpose of fraud.
Promice Fannon, 40, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-subsequent charge. She was accused of selling 0.681 grams of crack cocaine to a person cooperating with the Nashua police on Sept. 18, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession in Hills North in August 2020.

Joseph Maffei-Jones, 19, of Summer Street in Nashua, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a 2025 Hyundai Elantra and driving recklessly on the Everett Turnpike, at a high rate of speed, with no lights on, while being chased by police, in Merrimack on Jan. 5.
Corey Jordan, 33, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson, on reckless conduct, felon in possession, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a gun in a residential apartment building in Nashua on May 23, 2025. Jordan is a felon due to a burglary conviction in May 2012 in Hills South.
Timothy Knight, 48, of Willow Street in Manchester, on a three felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling and assaulting an intimate partner, causing an orbital fracture, on Dec. 13, 2025, in Nashua.
Floyd Lachance, 48, of Artillery Lane in Nashua, on a felony count of pistols & revolvers, convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a Smith & Wesson 9 mm on Dec. 5, 2025, in Nashua. Lachance is a felon due to an intent to sell conviction out of Columbia County Court in New York in December 2019.
Valmore Laplante, 46, of Cheney Drive in Hudson, on five felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited. He was accused of selling less than 1 gram of crack cocaine to a person cooperating with Nashua police on June 10, 2025, selling between 1 and 5 grams of fentanyl to a person cooperating with Nashua police on Dec. 29, 2025, selling between 1 and 5 grams of fentanyl to a cooperating person with Nashua police on Jan. 8 in Nashua, and possessing meth and crack cocaine with intent to sell on Jan. 13 in Nashua
Joseph Lewis, 43, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person with his hand and causing broken bones in Nashua on Jan. 12.
