Nashua Stalker Indicted On New Stalking, Witness Tampering Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Milford man accused of giving drugs to juvenile; Merrimack burglary indictment; Gate City woman indicted on attempted murder, other charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Timothy Casey, 22, of Martin Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, on Dec. 17 and Dec. 21, 2024, in Nashua.
Shane Demers, 34, of Oakwood Circle on Milford, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, suboxone and gabapentin. He was accused of dispensing the drugs to a juvenile in Milford on Sept. 27, 2023.

Jazmin Donovan, 27, of Roy Street in Concord, on a felony accomplice to burglary charge. She aided Ashley Green, by serving as a lookout and carrying items to a car, after Green burglarized an occupied structure on Crosswoods Path Boulevard in Merrimack on May 2, 2024, according to the indictment.
Russell Allan Dukett, 57, of Raleigh Drive in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,501 worth of cash from BJ’s Wholesale Club in Nashua between Jan. 1 and July 24, 2024. Gilberth Pagan, 33, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Nashua on July 15, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in December 2023.
Barion Perry, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 25, 2024, in Nashua.

Trevor R. Smith, 34, of Deer Run in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on July 29, 2024, in Nashua.
Stephen Stuart, 51, of Auburn Street in Nashua, on tampering with witnesses or informants and two stalking charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to get an intimate partner to testify or inform falsely by asking them to “try and help him get out” and stating words to the effect of “you need to tell the judge I never touched you” on Nov. 23, 2024, in Nashua. On Nov., 25, 2024, he was accused of contacting her by phone and visiting her on Auburn Street in Nashua after previously being convicted of stalking in September 2020 in Nashua District Court.
Barton Tibando, 54, of West Hobart Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Chrysler van belonging to another person on Sept. 11, 2023, in Nashua. Shane Totman, 31, of Blossom Street in Nashua, on two controlled drug acts; acts prohibited charges, psilocin and dimethyltryptamine, and four possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs, videos, and a photo on Oct. 20, 2024, in Nashua. Mayda Virella, 43, of Blossom Street in Nashua, on reckless conduct, attempted first-degree assault, criminal threatening, riot, and attempted murder charges.
