Westford Teen Indicted On Armed Robbery Conspiracy, Reckless Conduct Charges: Roundup

Wilton man indicted on strangulation charge; Nashua thief indicted on new theft charge; Merrimack man indicted on aggravated DWI charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Israel Carrillo, 36, of Jackson Street in Nashua, on operating while deemed a habitual offender and two possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent offense charges, crack cocaine and cocaine, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on June 9, 2024, in Nashua, and driving on Derry Road in Hudson on Aug. 31, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Previously, Carrillo was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in February 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Melissa Ciaramitaro, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 26, 2024, in Nashua.

Jacob Donald-Docarmo, 27, of Pine Street Extension in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine charge on Feb. 2, 2024, in Nashua.

Cheryl Donlon, 64, of Vine Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy’s on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Sept. 1, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges in Nashua District Court in June 2015 and Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2017.

Nathaniel Duehart, 26, of Hall Street in Manchester, on conduct after an accident and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving into a woman in Nashua, causing injury, on Oct. 4, 2024, and refusing to stop or report the information.

Timothy Dulac, 52, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and two operating after certification as a habitual offender charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving on East Hollis Street in Nashua on April 2, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Dulac was also accused of driving on Liberty Street in Nashua on Dec. 19, 2024.

Sean Flanagan, 29, of Russel Hill Road in Wilton, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Nashua on Dec. 2, 2024.

Christopher James Freson, 48, of Chadsworth Court in Merrimack, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving on Bedford Road in Merrimack and causing a crash, injuring another person, with multiple fractures, on Sept. 14, 2024.

Shalyne N. Fortier, 38, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Bedford Road in Merrimack on Oct. 15, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Emyle Greenleaf, 29, of Balcolm Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on April 9, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a control of premises charge in April 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Ansh Patel, 18, of Bridge Street in Westford, Massachusetts, on conspiracy to commit armed robbery and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving recklessly into the opposing lane of traffic and crashing into another vehicle in Hudson on Sept. 26, 2024. Patel agreed with Tony Babineau and a teen to commit armed robbery in Hudson and drove both of them, according to the indictments.

Brian Pimentel, 45, of Carver Street in Manchester, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on West Hollis Street in Nashua on Oct. 21, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender.

Noah Richards, 23, of Old Newport Road in Claremont, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana with intent to sell charge on June 24, 2024, in Nashua.
