ENFIELD, CT — Golfers in north-central Connecticut are quite familiar with the finely-manicured grounds of Grassmere Country Club in Enfield. What many people do not realize, however, is that the facility also boasts one of the finest banquet halls in the area.

Situated between a farm and a residential neighborhood on Town Farm Road in the southeast corner of town, Grassmere is a great place to host a wedding, banquet, bridal shower, birthday celebration and other social events. The Kamerer family has operated the banquet hall for about 25 years, and banquet coordinator Jenny Kamerer takes great pride in creating a distinctive gathering, including custom menu and table designs, and mouth-watering cuisine served by uniformed and professional staff.

Capacity of the hall is 150 guests, and dining options include a full dinner menu or traditional and custom buffets. A beautiful gazebo located just north of the first tee provides an elegant outdoor setting for wedding ceremonies.
