Concord Man Arrested On Second DUI Charge On Loudon Road: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Savankumar B. Patel, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2024, on driving under the influence-second offense and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 211 Loudon Road.

Carlie Lee Ann Mason, 20, of Laconia was arrested at 3:46 a.m. on Aug. 24 on four bench warrants. One of the bench warrants was for failure to appear at a court hearing in Coos County on a felony burglary charge out of Northumberland from July 2023. Also charged was Skyla Via King, born 2004, of New Boston, who was cited for unlawful possession-intoxication. They were charged after an incident at Burger King at 15 Hall St.

Christopher S. Regan, 32, of Concord was arrested at 3:41 a.m. on Aug. 20 on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident or investigation at Town Fair Tire Center at 208 Loudon Road.

Lorri L. Sargent, born 1964, of Loudon was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a conduct after an accident charge and a driving on a divided way; crossing a median violation after an incident or investigation at CVS at 4 Hall St.

Jeremy P. Ducharme, 40, of Concord was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the former Regal Cinemas location at 282 Loudon Road. According to court records, he failed to appear on two felony acts prohibited charges out of Rochester from December 2023. Ducharme also failed to appear in court on Sept. 3.

Krishna B. Baniya, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 14 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street.

Savannah Bowles, 25, of Boscawen received a summons at 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 5 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Village Street in Penacook. According to court records, she was terminated from the Merrimack County diversion program in late July after pleading guilty to a controlled premises charge out of Concord from September 2023. Bowles received a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years, and three other charges were dropped.

Jennifer Rebekah Hutchins, 50, of Concord was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on Aug. 3 on felony possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at Granite State College at 25 Hall St.

Karen P. Peterson, 40, of Concord was arrested at 4:51 p.m. on July 30 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Lake Street.

Derrick Jonathan Pogue, 27, of Concord was arrested at 8:43 a.m. on July 30 on disorderly conduct and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.
