Concord Man Faces Drug, Evidence Charges After Woman’s 2023 Death: Superior Court Roundup

Maine felon accused of possessing gun in Hopkinton; Manchester thief indicted on Hookset theft charge; burglar indicted again in Concord.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Catherine Dekorne, 44, of Paquette Avenue in Manchester, on six felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, methylphenidate, and amphetamine, on July 27 in Henniker and meth on Aug. 5 in Newbury.

Kyle T. Dennis, 34, of Prescott Street in Sanford, Maine, on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a firearm on Sept. 8 in Hopkinton. He is a felon due to a theft conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in June 2016.

Jeremy Ducharme, 42, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on falsifying physical evidence and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of hiding a backpack containing fentanyl underneath a vehicle on Sept. 9 in Concord. Read more about this case here:

Zackery Dumond-Lane, 35, of Downing Street in Concord, on falsifying physical evidence and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. Between Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, 2023, he sold or dispensed methadone to Annika Hrycuna, causing her death, according to an indictment. After her death, Dumond-Lane was accused of deleting the call history from his phone for the dates in question to impair an investigation. Brian K. Erunski, 44, of Tamarack Circle in Winchester, on possession of methadone and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and trying to conceal it from Pembroke police on Feb. 23.

Karen A. Frye, 64, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by deception charge. While at Walmart in Hooksett on July 11, she switched tags with lower price merchandise which she did pay for, according to the indictment. Twice before, Frye was convicted on a theft charge.

Robert J. Gaynor, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on burglary, possession of fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Penacook Street in Concord on June 18, 2022, and possessing the drug and concealing it from Concord police to impair an investigation on July 25.

Christopher Hayward, 45, of Stickney Avenue in Concord, on possession of meth and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving a Toyota Tundra recklessly on Route 3 and Central Street in Franklin, fleeing state police, on Aug. 6.

Tracy Marie Hebert, 48, a homeless woman now located in Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of a controlled drug and two possession of a narcotic drug, both subsequent, meth, fentanyl, and methadone charges, while in the area of Sexton Avenue on Sept. 19.

A Cheshire County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Dylan Heath Lavallee, 32, of Breezy Hill Road in Bradford, on felony aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of raping an intimate partner on Sept. 20 in Keene and slapping her between Sept. 22 and Sept. 28 in Keene.
