Chichester Woman Charged With Drunken Driving: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Christopher Wayne Hall, 43, of Goffstown, received a summons at 9:28 p.m. on May 8, 2025, on a warrant after an investigation or incident at T-Bones Restaurant at 404 S. Main St.

Scott A. Morton, born in 1981, of Deerfield, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on May 6 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an investigation or incident at Best Buy at 78 D’Amante Drive.

Monica Spinazola, 60, of Concord, received a summons at 4:36 p.m. on May 5 on a disorderly conduct charge after an investigation or incident on Riverhill Avenue.

Jennifer Leigh Johnson, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 6:15 a.m. on May 4 on two endangering the welfare of a child charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Jazmin M. Donovan, 27, of Boscawen, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on May 2 on a bench warrant. About a half an hour later, she was charged with resisting arrest or detention. Donovan was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Dollar General at 197 Fisherville Road.

Nicholas John Berardinelli, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. on April 16 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on East Side Drive.

Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on April 16 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident at Concord District Court at 32 Clinton St. About 70 minutes later, she was served a summons for theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive. Green failed to appear at a status conference hearing on April 9 connected to burglary, theft, and drug possession charges out of Merrimack from May 2024. A plea and sentencing hearing has been booked for May 27.

Mark D. Yeskis, 52, of Concord, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. on April 16 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on South Main Street.

Crystal Wynott, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on April 15 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on Pleasant Street.

Shampney Ryan James, born in 2000, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:14 a.m. on April 15 as well as stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Fisherville Road.
