Nashua Man Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images, Drug Possession Charges: Superior Court Indictment Roundup

Accused Nashua drug dealers indicted; Amherst woman indicted on bad check cut in Milford; man faces Merrimack habitual offender charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Lonnell Harris, 57, of Lock Street in Nashua, on common nuisances, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies. He was accused of housing drug-dependent persons in his apartment on Lock Street in Nashua and possessing the drugs on April 30, 2025.

Becky Hewes, 42, of Mill Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 28, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a possession charges in Hills South in October 2018.

Lydia Kathleen Jordan, 46, of Arrow Lane in Amherst, on a felony issuing bad checks charge. She was accused of issuing a check from a TD Bank account for $2,000 in Milford for which she did not have funds to cover and failed to respond to a certified letter within 14 days on April 21, 2025.

Kemi Josey-Jones, 47, of Worcester Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of sale of a controlled drug. She was accused of selling either crack cocaine or meth to an agent of the Nashua police on Jan. 27, Feb. 12, and June 16, 2025.

Tyler Leighton, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and fentanyl on July 16, 2025, in Nashua.

Matthew David Lasalle, 33, of Hereford Drive in Nashua, on one felony count of controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-meth and four felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing the drug and .mp4s and a video on Nov. 13, 2024, in Nashua.

Courtney Lavalle, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Oct. 28, 2024, in Nashua.

Laura J. Little, 46, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug. She was accused of selling fentanyl to an agent of the Nashua police on Feb. 19, and Feb. 25, 2025.

George Luis Marcial, 23, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine. He was accused of selling the drug to an undercover Nashua police officer on March 7, 2025.

Karyn Makela, 41, of Abbott Farm Lane in Hudson, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on March 31, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, Makela was convicted on theft charges.

Joshua B. Marston, 35, of Silver Street in Manchester, on a felony count of operating while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving a Nissan Sentra on the DW Highway in Merrimack on March 5, 2025, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender in July 2024.

Adam Masseur, 37, of Brinton Drive in Nashua, on receiving stolen property and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen 9 mm firearm on June 2, 2025, in Nashua. Between April 18 and April 28, 2025, Masseur stole funds by using a woman’s ATM card without permission at Gate City Casino, more than $1,500, and Bank of America, more than $1,500, according to the indictments.
