NH State Police Make Arrests On The Seacoast

The following people were arrested by the New Hampshire State Police recently.

Rob Haskell, 30, of Hampton, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2017, for disobeying an officer. He was arrested on Route 101 East in Candia.

Franciso Jabier Concepcion Flores, 27, of NY, NY, was arrested at 3:51 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2017, for DUI – second or third and DUI – second or third, adult greater than 0.08 on I-95 North in Portsmouth.

William Rowe, 65, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2017, for DUI on Route 101 West in Epping.

Ashley Murgatroy, 31, of Laconia, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2017, for habitual offender. She was arrested on Route 16 South in Rochester.

Clifford Bates, 53, of Concord, MA, was arrested at 8:31 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2017, for reckless operation, driving after revocation or suspension, and open container. He was arrested on I-95 South in Greenland.

Jeanne Calias, 44, of Stratham, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2017, for DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, following too closely, and lane control violation on Route 101 West in Hampton.

Mathew Long, unknown age, of York, ME, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-95 North in Hampton.

Sean Reardon, 31, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:02 p.m. on Nov. 2, 2017, for habitual offender on I-95 in Hampton.

Derrick Seams, 37, of Rochester, was arrested at midnight on Nov. 2, 2017, for violation of a protective order. He was arrested on Route 101 East in Raymond.

Samuel Chase, 54, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2017, for simple assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass. He was arrested on Locke Road in New Castle.

David Cowhig, 29, of Epping, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2017, for possession of a controlled drugs on I-95 North in Greenland.

Stephen Ross, 31, of Dover, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 30, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on Route 16 South in Dover.

Cameron Couture, 20, of Lee, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and speeding – 16 to 20 mph over the 65 mph limit on Liberty Lane off Route 101 East in Hampton.

Kristina Amyot, 30, of Pembroke, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2017, for DUI, DUI – second or third, and speeding – 21+ mph over the 65 limit. She was arrested on Route 16 North in Rochester.

Ryann Sargent, 27, of Dover, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 28, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08.
