CONCORD, NH — Nicholas R. Halpin, born in 1996, of Laconia, was arrested at 11:17 p.m. on April 3 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Pembroke Road.

Gary R. Magoon, born in 1980, of Concord, received a summons on a camping restricted violation after an incident or investigation at the Capital Commons Garage at 75 Storrs St. at 4:25 p.m. on April 2.

Logan Randall Goodrum, born in 1995, of Groveton, received a summons at 9:23 p.m. on April 1 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Nathaniel M. White, born in 1984, of Concord, received a summons on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge at 8:50 a.m. on March 28 after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

Cathy J. Delisle, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on March 28 on stalking-domestic violence and violation of a protective order charges after an incident or investigation on Snow Pond Road.

Valerie E. Fredette, born in 1984, of Concord, received a summons at 8:10 a.m. on March 23 on a camping restricted violation. Also cited were Rockie J. Andrus, born in 1981, of Concord, Amanda L. Murphy, born in 1990, of Concord, and Jason John McGill, born in 1982, of Concord. They all received citations after incidents or investigations under the Interstate 393 bridge near 2 S. Commercial St.

Hunter Velicky, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 8:14 a.m. on March 23 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation in the field between Stickney Avenue and Ferry Street.

Jeffrey Paul Johnson, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on March 20 on disobeying an officer and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a riding on bicycle violation after an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Logan Storm Locke, born in 1997, of Franklin, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. on March 20 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Toast at 22 S. Main St.

Mark A. Lucier, born in 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 8:54 a.m. on March 18 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 15 Hall St.

Kristen L. Durocher, 41, of Kensington Street in New Bedford, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on March 10 on robbery, willful concealment, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St. During the theft, according to a court file, Durocher kicked a store employee in the knee. Eighteen minutes after the initial arrest, she was also charged with a felony count of possession of cocaine after an incident or investigation on North State Street in the Fosterville neighborhood. Durocher is due back in Concord District Court on April 20.
