Chester Man Indicted On Hopkinton Gun Threat Charges: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Brian Kunst, 49, of Old Woodhill Road in Bow, on three felony counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He was accused of driving his Jeep Wrangler north in the southbound lane of Interstate 93 and putting others, including a state trooper, in danger on Dec. 1, 2024, in Bow. Jordan Lapierre, 34, of Yarrow Way in Concord, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Ford F-150 on Alder Creek Drive in Concord on Jan. 11 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Joseph MacDonald, 45, of Gifford Drive in Northfield, on a felony possession of methamphetamine-subsequent charge on Sept. 4, 2024, in Concord.
Alistair Magary, 20, of Stone Bridge Drive in Chester, on domestic violence-criminal threatening and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of holding a firearm while making threats against a family member on Dec. 29, 2024, in Hopkinton.

Rianna Martin, 38, of Bradley Street in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and meth, on Aug. 31, 2024, in Northfield.

Aba Massaquoi, 18, of Tremont Street in Concord, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Oct. 6, 2023, in Concord.
Cody Merrill, 31, of Lubern Avenue in Allenstown, on a possession of fentanyl-subsequent charge on June 11, 2024, in Concord.
Vincent Allen Mott, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, on receiving stolen property, possession of meth, felon in possession-firearm, falsifying physical evidence, and two possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. On Sept. 7, 2024, he was accused of retaining a stolen motor vehicle. The meth and fentanyl charges were from an incident on Sept. 24, 2024, according to the indictments. Mott was accused of possessing and concealing fentanyl and possessing the gun on Jan. 20. Jordan Nagle, 19, of Parker Road in Jaffrey, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a teenager on Feb. 28, 2024, in Henniker.
Richard Nagle, 37, a homeless man now located in Claremont, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 11, 2024, in Concord.
