CONCORD, NH — Kaitlyn Reed, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2025, on two conduct after an accident charges as well as entering traffic; fails to yield and driving against the designated direction violation after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

Melissa Lee Moscaritolo, born in 1977, of Contoocook, received a summons at 1:20 p.m. on Feb. 5 on reckless operation and disobeying an officer charges after an incident or investigation on Bouton Street.

Samuel Ossmer Jones, born in 1998, of Weare, received a summons at 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 5 on two criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Sarah A. Thompson, born in 1996, of Pembroke, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on Feb. 4 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Mariah Randall, 30, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on Jan. 14 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, willful concealment, and felony possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jehniva L. Clark, born in 1993, of Concord, received a summons at 1:33 p.m. on Jan. 14 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

James Bub Bullock, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 14 on criminal trespass and deal-possess prescription drug charges after an incident or investigation at CVS at 157 Loudon Road.

Christopher Gerald Adler, 39, of Hooksett, was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on Jan. 14 on falsifying physical evidence and two possession of controlled drug charges, all felonies. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Best Western at 97 Hall St.

Jocelyn Charles, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 8:48 a.m. on Jan. 14 on false imprisonment and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges after an incident or investigation on Woodbine Avenue.

Jazman R. Landry, born in 1995, of Concord, received a summons at 2 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2024, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on Downing Street.

Herbert F. Holland, born in 1971, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Dec. 26 on bench warrant and felony possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation at the Concord Coach Bus Depot at 30 Stickney Avenue.

Raymond J. Hastings, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Dec. 26 on two criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation on Thompson Street.

Bradley C. Reid, 30, of Concord, received a summons at 8 a.m. on Dec. 26 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

John Ladson, 43, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 7:20 a.m. on Dec. 26 as well as disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, driving after revocation or suspension, speeding, and three breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Main Street.
