Franklin Man Faces DUI, Speeding, And Other Charges And Violations: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Isabella Dana Denoncourt, born in 2006, of Loudon, received a summons at 7:35 p.m. on May 21, 2025, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was charged after an incident or investigation on Sewalls Falls Road.
James D. Robinson II, 52, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on May 20 on a warrant at police headquarters.
Alysha M. DeJesus, 30, of Concord, received a summons at 3:10 p.m. on May 19 on a suspension of vehicle registration violation after an incident or investigation at 323 S. Main St.

Brendon L. Angus, born in 1999, of Franklin, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on May 17 on driving under the influence, resisting arrest or detention, and speeding charges, as well as a following too closely violation after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.
Paul Cram, 56, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on May 16 on two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Esther Ntumba Mbombo, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 11:21 a.m. on May 16 on a resisting arrest or detention charge and two warrants. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Merrimack County Pre-trial at 163 N. Main St. A motion to revoke bail hearing warrant was issued against Mbombo on April 28, connected to criminal threatening and mischief charges in Concord from February 2024 and criminal threatening-deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention in Concord in a separate case also in February 2024. Mbombo has a restorability hearing on June 10.

Robert John Atwood, 41, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on May 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Railyard Apartments on Langdon Avenue.
Joseph R. Clough, 28, of Franklin, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. on May 14 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Wow Billiards and Bar at 2 N. Main St. He failed to appear at an arraignment an bail hearing on March 17 and a status conference on March 25 in Merrimack County Superior Court on drug, revocation, transport, and disobeying an officer charges out of Pittsfield from November 2024. Clough has another status hearing booked for June 30.
Jacob T. Kenney, born in 1992, of Nashua, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. on May 13 on stalking and violation of a protective order charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Ascentria Care Alliance at 261 Sheep Davis Road.
Jason H. Hollywood, 46, of Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on May 12 on issuing bad checks, receiving stolen property-$1,001 to $1,500, and theft by deception-$1,001 to $1,500 charges after an incident or investigation at Northway Bank at 66 N. Main St.
Ji Li, born 1984, of Winsted, Connecticut, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. on May 12 on a felony theft by deception-$1,501-plus charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at CVS at 157 Loudon Road. Li’s case was boundover to Merrimack County Superior Court on May 22. He was held on preventative detention.
