Concord Felon Accused Of Possessing Pistol In Newbury: Court Roundup
Man accused of possessing sexual abuse images, soliciting a girl; crash indictments in New London, Northfield; Concord drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
James Casey, 46, of Main Street in Pittsfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Nov. 13, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.
Ken Cazenas, 38, of Main Street in New London on second-degree assault and aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving drunk and at a high rate of speed on Pleasant Street in New London on Sept. 15, 2023, and causing a collision with injury.

Angela Chaisson-Pomerleau, 30, of Elm Street in Penacook on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, in Concord on Nov. 10, 2023.
Amanda Colgan, 36, of Terrace Road in Franklin on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Aug. 27, 2023, after being convicted twice before of theft.

Dylan Corgatelli, 23, of Prospect Street in Franklin on operating as a habitual offender and conduct after an accident charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a 2000 Winnebago Minnie on Bay Hill Road in Northfield on Nov. 12, 2023, and being involved in an accident with injury and leaving the scene after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
William Cross, 43, of Franklin Street in Pittsfield on certain uses of computer services prohibited and four possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of using a computer online or Internet service, SnapChat, to lure and solicit a girl, knowing she was a minor, on April 7, 2022, in Pittsfield. The child pornography charges were connected to an incident in Pittsfield on Jan. 24, 2023.
Jon Davidson, 57, of Josiah Bartlett Road in Concord on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a pistol on Nov. 25, 2023, in Newbury.
Michael J. Depont, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge, a meth and fentanyl mix, on Oct. 28, 2023, in Concord.
Other Indictments
Michelle Brien, 45, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was indicted in Strafford County on a felony operating after having been certified as a habitual offender. She was accused of driving on Milton Road in Rochester on Oct. 13, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Erik Page Destefano, 37, incarcerated in the New Hampshire Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on a felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled or narcotic drug-fentanyl on Sept. 16, 2023, in Dover.
Todd Horstkotte, 52, of or formerly of Lane Court in Laconia and-or Concord, was indicted in Grafton County on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a man in Haverhill on Nov. 7, 2023.
Kayla Marie Lonergan, 28, of the state prison at the time of the indictment, on motor vehicles; penalties, burglary, and theft charges, all felonies, as well as criminal mischief and unauthorized use charges. She was accused of burglarizing a garage on Pemigewasset Shores Road in Bristol and stealing a 2022 Toyota Highlander SUV on June 11, 2023.
