TOLLAND, CT — The latest Hidden Gem sits in a nook of the historic Tolland Green and offers a chance to spend a night — or more — in a true historic home.

Welcome to the circa 1790 Tolland Inn.

Lisa and Fred Day-Lewis bought the Tolland Inn at the end of June. They maintain the home as their private residence, but also make a pair of rooms available through the Airbnb system.

The rooms are decorated to period and one even has a hidden hot tub — a hidden gem in a Hidden Gem.

The views are stunning from the yard, which is suitable for a variety of events. The inn is about 7 miles from the University of Connecticut.
