Man From Northwood Arrested On Driving Under The Influence Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Anthony L. Russo, born in 1996, of Northwood, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on July 7, 2026, on a driving under the influence charge and a yellow-solid line violation. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on South Main Street.

Valerie E. Fredette, born in 1984, of Concord, received a summons at 1:52 p.m. on July 6 on a criminal trespass charge after an investigation or incident at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Jackson Rwigema, born in 1981, of Concord, received a summons at 9:02 p.m. on July 4 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Wesley J. Rizza, born in 2001, of Knoxville, Tennessee, received a summons at 10:12 p.m. on July 3 on an operating without a valid license charge and a misuse of plates violation after an investigation or incident at 247 Loudon Road.

Ashley-Ann Elaine Mullen-Sherrard, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on July 2 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on Pitman Street.

Asende Alinoti, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on June 24 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an investigation or incident at the Circle K Irving at 231 Loudon Road.

Debra L. Pitts, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on June 24 on a burglary charge after an investigation or incident at the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance in Eagle Square. Six minutes after the arrest, she was charged with common nuisances, sale-controlled drug, and two possession-subsequent charges after an investigation or incident on Fayette Street.

Rebekah Marie Padua, born in 1995, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:44 a.m. on June 24 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and a willful concealment charge, after an investigation or incident at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Paul Cram, born in 1969, of Concord, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on June 24 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Colin P. White, born in 1990, of Concord, received a summons at 1:30 p.m. on June 24 on a possession of alcoholic beverages-public property violation after an investigation or incident in Keach Park. At 8 p.m., he received another summons at Rollins Park on a liquor law violation.

Ronald F. Delgaudio, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on June 24 on robbery, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, willful concealment, and two criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road. Delgaudio was also arrested on a warrant after an investigation or incident at Christ the King Parish at 72 S.
