A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged overnight for the murder of a Monmouth County man, according to authorities.
The homicide claimed the life of Evan Smutz, 20, of Keyport.
Five cars on Stemler Drive, Bayview Street, County Road and Arlington Ave. were entered. Credit cards, cash and a laptop were taken.
