Bethlehem, Concord Women Arrested On Theft Charges: Police Log

Belmont, Pembroke men face disorderly charges; kidnapping, robbery suspect arrested for breach of bail; man charged with stalking, breach.

CONCORD, NH — Amanda J. Bailey-Roberge, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2024, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Flora Mejzinolli, born 1987, of Bethlehem, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Dec. 17 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, theft by deception-less than $1,000, deal-possess prescription drugs, and willful concealment charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive. In June 2025, the prescription drug charge was dropped. The theft charges were placed on hold without a finding pending 18 months of good behavior and completion of a Grafton County Alternative Sentencing Program.

James Tyree, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Dec. 17 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Richard Wayne Talbot Jr., born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on Nov. 19 on an arrest prior to requisition after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road. Matthew A. Russell, 44, of Pembroke, received a summons at 6:06 p.m. on Nov. 19 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at the 7-Eleven at 417 S. Main St.

Richard Allen Wilkins Jr., born 1976, of Belmont, received a summons at 4:55 p.m. on Nov. 19 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at the 7-Eleven at 417 S. Main St.

Jason A. Marshall, born 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on Nov. 19 on a resisting arrest or detention charge and a possession of alcoholic beverages on public property violation after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Anna K. Heine, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on Nov. 19 on three felony possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation at the Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St. and a warrant, a bench warrant, a resisting arrest or detention charge, and an order to vacate; failure to comply violation. Also arrested was Wayne Carl McMann Jr., 52, of Concord, on felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent and resisting arrest or detention charges and an order to vacate; failure to comply violation. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Penacook Street. The warrant, issued on Sept. 19, was on a violation of probation allegation after she was convicted on a resisting arrest or detention charge out of Manchester in November 2022. As part of that plea deal, stolen property and drug charges were nolle prossed, and she received a 12-month sentence suspended for two years, with 10 days credit, as well as two years of probation. Another warrant against Heine was issued on Nov. 27.

John Matthew Donnell, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. on Nov. 19 on a breach of bail charge after an incident or investigation at the Golden Nozzle Car Wash at 24 Loudon Road. He was out on bail after being arrested on kidnapping, robbery, and simple assault charges in April after an incident at the Shell gas station on Loudon Road. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 4 in the robbery case. Donnell reached a plea deal in mid-November on after being accused of drug possession, contempt, and receiving stolen property in March and April in Manchester. He pleaded guilty to two nine-month sentences and two $434 fines, suspended for two years.
