Man Accused Of Assaulting Woman With Trailer Hitch In Hopkinton

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Timothy Pillsbury, 43, of Salisbury Road in Franklin on three domestic violence-second-degree assault and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies, as well as two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of punching an intimate partner in the face repeatedly causing fractures and attempting to get the victim to withhold information from police while threatening to kill her or her family on Aug. 19 in Franklin.
Julie Leigh Riley, 39, of Brookside Circle in Belmont on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 12 in Franklin.

Jackie Marcell Roberts, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 8 in Concord.
Robert Ronayne, 36, of Mount Delight Road in Deerfield on first-degree assault and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman and using a trailer hitch as a weapon against a woman, striking her head into the hitch, when she was unconscious on July 8 in Hopkinton.

Casey Rondeau, 18, of Martel Road in Chichester on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of threatening another person with a metal pipe on June 8 in Concord.
Daniel Rosas, 41, of Bremer Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on July 18 in Hooksett.
Jason A. Rowan, 44, of Willard Street in Concord on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Hooksett on Aug. 18.
Jason Sabin, 38, of Laconia Road in Belmont on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge on Sept. 2 in Concord.
Martha Sartwell, 55, of Penacook Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-meth charge in Concord on Aug. 20.
Collin Semple-Gorhan, 24, of Main Street in Henniker on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-naloxone and buprenorphine mix charge on June 28 in Henniker.
Rocco Vincent Sfara, 46, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge — a TD Bank debit card that he was accused of believing or knowing had probably been stolen on Sept. 24 in Concord. At the time of the arrest, he was out on bail from superior court. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft or property services charges.
Derek John Sikora, 38, a homeless man now living in Concord, on a felon in possession charge. He was accused of being in possession of metal knuckles on Aug. 15 in Concord.
