Loudon Woman Indicted On Child Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Woman accused of Medicaid fraud; Penacook sex offender indicted on registration charges; Henniker man faces falsifying evidence charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Steve Laflamme, 46, of Hermit Woods in Meredith on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on School Street in Loudon on June 29 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Sara Lapointe, 28, of Spofford Street in Claremont on theft by deception, Medicaid fraud-false claims, and Medicaid fraud-false records charges, all felonies. She was accused of filing false records or documents between July 1, 2020, and July 31, 2022.

Asialyn A. Laraway, 34, of Belvidere Street in Laconia on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Aug. 21 in Franklin.

Joshua Lema, 30, of Belmont Avenue in Springfield, Massachusetts, on possession of cocaine and possession of oxycodone charges, both felonies, on July 2 in Canterbury.

Brad Lizotte, 58, of Village Street in Penacook on three felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to register his new employer, a change of address, and a quarterly requirement with Concord police on Aug. 22. Lizotte is a sex offender due to a child endangerment conviction in April 2014 in Rockingham County. Paul Malm, 70, of Garland Road in Barnstead on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Carroll Street in Pittsfield on Aug. 23 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Isaac A. Michael, 20, of Foster Hill Road in Henniker on falsifying physical evidence and attempted falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of altering a micro-SD memory card by snapping it in half and attempting to destroy files downloaded from a camera pen to a laptop when he deleted them to impair an investigation on Aug. 15 in Epsom.

Christopher M. Mitchell, 34, of Silver Birch Lane in Kingston, MA, on three felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 via fraudulent checks drawn on the Allenstown Wastewater Treatment Facility account on Oct. 19, Oct. 20, and 21, 2022.

Sean Dashnaw, 33, of Matthew Street in Concord on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2021 Suzuki GSX-R motorcycle on July 22 in Concord and a stolen 2005 Honda on Sept. 2 in Hooksett. Nichole Denmark, 38, of Loudon Ridge Road in Loudon on simple assault, simple assault-sentence enhancement, and two felony second-degree assault charges. She was accused of grabbing a child under 13 by the shirt and yanking them, causing hemorrhaging and abrasions to the neck area on Sept. 7.

Sarah Douillette, 37, of Tara Drive in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Sept. 2 in Concord.

Michael Durgin Jr., 44, of Loudon Road in Pittsfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of failing to scan merchandise in the self-checkout aisle at Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Sept. 24. Twice before, Durgin has been convicted on theft charges.
