Concord Teen Indicted On Stolen Car, Firearm, Jail Weapon Counts: Superior Court Roundup
NY woman indicted on ID fraud charge; Barnstead woman indicted on fentanyl in jail charge; nonconsensual dissemination case in Henniker.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Paul Apostolakes, 36, of no fixed address in Franklin, on bail jumping, theft by unauthorized taking, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Cumbies in Franklin on May 31, 2024. On Sept. 16, 2024, he failed to appear in Franklin District Court while out on bail, according to an indictment. Apostolakes was accused of drug possession in Franklin on Sept. 20, 2024.
Jayden Ballam-Quiah, 19, of Hanover Street in Concord, on receiving stolen property, felonious use of a firearm, delivery of articles to prisoners, and three receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a stolen Mercedes Benz on July 5, 2023, in Pembroke, a stolen Hyundai Elantra in Concord on June 29, 2024, and a stolen Toyota Camry on July 22, 2024, in Concord. Ballam-Quiah was accused of possessing a Taurus 9 mm handgun during the July 22, 2024, stolen car incident in Concord. He also possessed a broken shard of plastic wrapped in a torn shirt while in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Nov. 3, 2024, according to an indictment. Skylar Bennett, 42, of Snow Street in Concord, on a felony motor vehicle; penalties charge, accused of driving on Christian Avenue in Concord on July 27, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Scott M. Bennetter, 54, of Edward J. Roy Drive in Manchester, on a felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. He was accused of possessing images of a woman’s intimate parts where they were visible and identifiable to intimate and harass on May 26, 2024, in Henniker.

Roberta Padgett, 38, of Hall Street in Elmira, New York, on theft by deception and identity fraud charges, both felonies. She was accused of posing as another in order to obtain money from a Heritage Family Credit Union account in Hooksett on June 12, 2024.
Rebekah M. Padua, 29, of Pineo Road in Barnstead, on delivery of articles to prisoners and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug in Concord on July 2, 2023. Padua possessed fentanyl on July 20, 2024, while at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen while a prisoner, according to an indictment. Previously, according to an indictment, she was convicted of a drug crime.
Casey A. Paiva, 34, of Fairfield Drive in Concord, on six felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-para-fluorofentanyl, fentanyl, alprazolam, lisamfetamine, methamphetamine, and clonazepam, on Aug. 5, 2024, in Pittsfield. He was previously convicted on a drug charge, according to the indictment.
Christopher M. Palermo, 48, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles on Aug. 27, 2024, in Warner. Palermo is a felon due to an assault by a prisoner conviction in January 2013 in Cheshire County Superior Court.
Tina Paquin, 36, of Dalton Road in Dalton, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and heroin mix-subsequent offense in Hooksett on Aug. 10, 2023. According to an indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2023.
Jay M. Pease, 37, of Noyes Street in Concord, on operating while certified as a habitual offender, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, possession of fentanyl, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, on March 7, 2024, while driving on Interstate 93 south in Concord. He was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October 2020.
Theodore S. Przysiecki, 36, of Grossman Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of using a vehicle as a deadly weapon while driving north on Interstate 93 southbound lane in Hooksett on May 31, 2024.
