VERNON/BOLTON, CT — The latest trip to a hidden gem takes us to a small area where one can enjoy a quiet cruise on one of north central Connecticut's most peaceful lakes.

Welcome to the Middle Bolton Lake Boat Launch, located at 251 Hatch Hill Road in Vernon.

The boat launch is located at the causeway separating Middle and Upper Bolton Lakes. It features a small parking area and maintained ramp. It is the primary public launching area for Middle Bolton Lake, which stretches 121 Acres into Vernon and Bolton.

Motorized craft are limited to 6 hp.
